I didn't want to have to do this, but sometimes these kind of things have to be done.

You now have to verify your email address before submitting skins, posting to the forums, or commenting on skins. This will, hopefully, reduce instances of people posting stupid, trolling comments on skins or in the forums and garbage skins. It will also help keep people from opening multiple accounts with the express purpose of rating skins up or down.

Yes, this is a pain in the butt for the more mature members of BlogSkins, but if you've been paying attention, you've noticed that this situation has certainly come to a head. Hopefully this will allow this community to continue to thrive.
