I haven't had one of these in a while, so here we go. The latest BlogSkins Featured Contributor is wah_biangz.

wah_biangz has been a BlogSkins member for almost a year, and has contributed over 15 skins, most of which have more than four stars. Like most contributors, wah_biangz has gotten a little fed up with "bandwith stealers" but still contributes skins.
