At least it's good enough for me. The theme seems to be showing very obvious. You might want to work on the colour choice? Yellow and grey doesn't seem to fit well together. Blank and blue also doesn't fit well. You might want to use red since it's meant to be scary. The scrollbar is difficult to use. Don't hide the bar. Makes navigation difficult. Especially on mouse that doesn't have a wheel. The resolution doesn't seem to fit 800X600 too. There are still some computers using 800X600. So maybe you might want to fit it that way? Well, other than that, this is a good skin. I hope to see more skins from you. I'm sure it's going to be better than this.
