PERSONALLY. i dont like that skin, thats why i give it a 3 for the efforts. why rate 3 might as well dont rate. if you cannot accept ratings 3 n below. den there is no point rating since everone will give u 4-5 right. i have to say that i didnt read the abv before viewing the skin. so once i see finish i comment alrd. thats why. but anyw, even if i see it i also wont rate more den 3 bcuz first. its nt a v complicated skin. and mayb the most diff part is making the pic. well, th stars are for the effort. but one thing i don understand, why u dont let ppl rate u down ? its simply like going for a singing competition and asking the judges only to tell u your positives and not ur negatives, dont u think so ?
