This is skin id #2 -- one of the first skins on this site. In order to start the site, I needed some skins, so I started by asking all the people who had created skins on the Blogger site if I could use their skins here. The author of this skin was one of the people who agreed to that, so that's why it's here. I did not create it, I submitted it with the original author's permission.
