The navigation is at the bottom of the skin. You can skip scrolling down by clicking "profile" or "archive etc".

This works perfectly on blogger. However, if you're using the new blogger settings (xml template), you might want to revert to the CLASSIC TEMPLATE/SETTING. This option can be found UNDER the box where you put the XML codes.
