This skin is more of a concept than something that people might want to actually use (although, who knows, maybe you would). Looks best on 800x600, although you could easily add another column for higher resolutions, as it's table-based. Feel free to tweak. You'll need to supply your own photos, though.

This is an intentionally busy skin. It's for people who have a lot going on at their blog, and need plenty of room for links, blogrolls, text boxes and/or graphics. This skin is table-based and so should be very editable. Windows XP users may wish to replaced "dotted" borders with "solid" ones (as "dotted" often shows up as "dashed" instead).

This is a CSS-based skin. If you plan on altering the code, do not use "P" tags; use "BR" instead.
This works best on 1024x768 and higher. You can also use it on 800x600 by deleting the "DIV=picblock" line.

You can use this skin on Blogspot blogs by adding 100 to the "top" value of each block in the style sheet. (I tried to submit a separate version for Blogspot with these changes already made, but the system apparently wouldn't let me...)

I work on a Mac; it's always interesting to me the differences in browsers and platforms... You can see a screenshot of this skin on a Mac

Spring is just around the corner! This might be good for a garden journal or an eco-blog. Required graphics: botanika.jpg, leaf.gif, and a spacer.gif. You can also substitute your own photos of course. Works best if you have lots of links.

I'm tired of boxy blogs, aren't you? This skin probably isn't for everyone (techies and cyberpunks need not apply), and if you want to tweak fonts and link colors, you'll need to know your way around CSS a bit. This one seems to work in IE and Netscape on both Windows and Mac. It's designed for 1024x768 and up, but "works" in 800x600 too. Required graphic: circle.jpg. Please download to your own server.
You can insert your own photo by putting the URL to your photo in the div class=rightblock line.

Your chosen title graphic should be no more than 400px wide (unless, of course, you prefer our Jo).

This skin uses five colors which can be easily replaced for any color scheme. From darkest to lightest, the replaceable colors are: 000033, 003366, 3366cc, 6699cc, 99ccff.

This is my attempt at a bold, outgoing skin, with room for a webcam and personal info and all that.

A spacer.gif is required.

You can easily change the color scheme by taking your chosen colors (a dark, middle and light shade) and doing a search-and-replace on the code as follows: replace 660033 with your dark color; 993366 with your middle color; and CC6699 with your light color.

Fonts used in this skin: Impact, Arial and Andale Mono. Oh, and it's a CSS special so sorry Netscape folks!

This skin was created several years ago and may no longer work on modern browsers. Sorry, no update yet available.

This is the same layout as Cobalt, but with a different color scheme. (The potential color combinations are pretty endless...)

You should use 160px wide graphics with this skin.

A straightforward, hopefully practical skin...

The font sizes look best on 800x600 (but can, of course, be increased. ) Your graphics should be 160px wide. If you have a long blog title, decrease the letter-spacing value in your title.

Because this skin uses much CSS, it may appear differently in Netscape.

If you are using Blog*Spot, you will need to increase by 100 pixels the "top" value in each of the following style sheet classes:

Warning, this one is girly. But you can change it to any color scheme you like (and make it manly if you want).

The smaller photos on the side are 50x50 pixels, so you can make your own.

This skin uses Garamond font, but you can substitute any serifed font you like.

You can also pretty much put anything you want (including more links) on the left hand side, below the colored squares.
