When I was a teeny kid, I had a striped velour Garanimals outfit in exactly these colors.

This template is kids'-clothes-bright, not for those of you with a fondness for greys and such.

Purple boxes. Navigation is on the bottom (as opposed to the traditional right-side/left-side layout). Best for simple blogs & journals, where one or two entries are on the main page.

Very simple boxy design using greys and green (or rather, chartreuse). The neon borders make the text boxes look like they're glowing.

A departure from the standard content on one side, links on the other - designed for blogs that are really content-focused. This template is pale red and grey and uses a series of boxes below the main content to hold links, description, etc. The dotty borders give it a dainty feeling, but you can easily change the "dotted" to "solid" for stronger lines.

Pinks and grays, with your text areas all tucked into pastel-colored boxes. If you can support images, there's a version with top and bottom borders here (it also shows you the title bar). Also available in purple and green and blue.
