i uploaded this first, then reused the form with the yellow noification box on top for my miyavi skin.

the next thing i know, my I DO -PLACEBO skin disappeared. like, WTH ?! is there a way to fix this bug?

i had to upload this TWICE, and thank goodness i had it saved elsewhere. skins don't take five seconds to make okay. bloody @#$%.
