It's for NEW Blogger (beta.) It works lovely on my widescreen with Mozilla Firefox. I have no idea if it works in IE. :|
Since I had no idea how to do one of these, I searched around for a skin for new blogger, and ended up using a skin by BlakRose for the base. All the credits below are included in the skin, please please do not remove them. :)
I don't know what the skin or the scrollbar will look like in IE... I think that I put styles on it but I'm not sure, hahah. I'd like to find some way to customize the scrollbar in FF? Is that possible? I have tried everything I know and can't get it to work... if anyone is able to help me fix this I'd really appreciate it, and I will resubmit the skin once that is fixed. >.<
