SkinnyFashion
Judges:

About the competition:
Basically, we will provide contestant with a basecode & contestant will use their creativity to design a banner etc to dress up the basecode into a nice skin.
Themes:
Simplicity, but accompanied by Fashion.
You should use any of these basecode only:

Rules:
❤ You should use only use the basecode provided by us.
❤ You should not alter anything in the basecode but you may change the headers/colors/font of the codes to your liking.
❤ All credits must be intact & visible to everyone
❤ SOTD doesnt not affect the ratings.
❤ Strictly, no rippers
❤ Participation banner should be place on the description part of the submitted skin.
❤ Skin should be submitted after 30th-Oct-2008, 12AM
Marking Criteria:
Usage of assigned basecode - 15%
Organization of skin - 5%
Creativity & Originality - 35%
Overall feeling - 15%
Design material - 20%
Reference - 10%
Total: 100%

sorry, i don't think it's actually appropriate to let other people use the basecodes if you haven't even sought the permission of the user and without even remotely thinking that maybe the user does not want their basecodes being used?
and here you are letting it be used so openly, saying that as long as they credit it's fine.

eh.. can I quit? But I will keep the skin as there are already 1000+ downloads. And F.Y.I, I did not self-download, so please do not accuse me of things that I did not do. Getting 1000+ downloads, I feel weird too. Well, I will remove the banner from my skin now, and I have seen tt you guys have not added me in, so there is no need for you to edit it anymore.
