Hi! Eh lots of people having competitions, so... 
This competition is a Hello Kitty Skin Competition... Haha, I know its rather lame, cos I couldn't think of a better one. You may want to join, and places for judges have already been filled up, sorry!

The skin can be anything, just that its theme must be Hello Kitty. And you may use basecodes from others, but strictly NO RIPPERS! You must credit everything used for the skin, pictures, basecodes, etc.
Participants can be as many as can be and the deadline is: 30th November 2008, Singapore time, 12:00 PM
Marks will be revealed on 2nd December, 2008, Singapore Time, 3.00 PM.
PS: Deadline can be changed if necessary.
Revealing Marks day can also be changed if necessary.

Judges, you will go to the participants' skins and put down your marks, the total marks is 30, and that means out of 10, what would you give to that participant's skin? You decide, but please, do not anyhow judge!

this is rather ambiguos.you didn't mention anything on making the skin and the banner is really _______.
until you provide more info i don't think anyone's gonna join -.-

And 'Hello Kitty ' is quite outdated [ uh , those who dont , dont read this ] &
mainly only girls would participate .

tragical-x: yes, of course, most girls would join this competition but if you don wan to join, then don make ugly remarks! The banner not I make one, is Katie.r.c.artistgurl make de! So, you don make ugly remarks on the banner cos I did not do it but if I did it, its OK for you to make remarks on it cos I won't be hurt but Katie.r.c.artistgurl will be hurt! So, nxt time u give ugly comments, put yourself in other's shoes first!

Did you credit the owner of the picture? 'Cos all these products created have copyrights leh, unless you asked or something, but you still need a credit what.

@ tragical-x that really is very harsh. can't you give less hurting remarks? yes, i agree it's not very pretty, but after all this is still her hard work right? you wouldn't like it if someone just go over to you and say, "omg you're so ugly!" and throw a rotten tomato at you right?
