this is the cartoon blogskins competition.
THEME:
isn't it obvious? create a blogskin with images of ANY cartoon you like. Make it simple, neat, and most important, CUTE.
RULES:
1. No rippers allowed. please credit all your resources.
2. you're allowed to post 2 skins, with the same username.
HOW TO SUBMIT:
reply this thread using the format below:
