We're okay with 4 judges :]
And what's this about ?
- You have to create a skin with any idols' image / pic [E.G. Avril Lavigne, etc.]
- Yeah, chinese, korean and japanese idols / bands are accepted .
- Movie/Drama stars [Chinese, Korean & Jap] are also accepted .
Rules and Regulations
- Stick to the theme .
- No ripping .
- If a judge submits a skin, the skin would be judged by the other 3 judges .
- Banner must be seen in description of skin . [Scroll down for banner]
- Credit your resources / basecodes .
- Can submit old skins 
- After submitting your skin to blogskins, post the skin's url to this thread [Scroll down for format]
- If there's a preview error, provide a live preview .
- You can submit only 1 skin for this competition .
