THE CITY COMPETITION
Theme
It's pretty obvious. You can create a skin based on any city. Note, Singapore's a city too 
Rules
1. No ripping of any other blogskinners' skins.
2. Credit every source used directly. ( If you took an image from deviantart, credit directly to the user. )
3. You're only allowed to submit one skin per user.
4. The banner must be included in your skin description on the page or it will not be accepted.
5. No skin will be accepted after the deadline.
6. Judges will be allowed to take part and the skin will be judged by the other 4 judges.
7. Preview error for the skin please link to a live preview.
8. Work within the theme. Skins that have nothing to do with the theme would not be accepted.
9. Skins will not be scored down if they've not been credited entirely.
10. Old skins will not be accepted for this competition ;D
11. To be a judge, you must have at least one skin submitted.
12. No more submissions will be accepted after the submissions has hit 30

Overall the skin looks really neat and well made. It’s definitely attractive alright with the bright colours! Love the way you designed the header. Maybe you could have used another brush to outline the eiffel tower? The brush looked a little blurred.

Overall the skin was very well done. I liked how the entire skin was made with the banner of the buildings on the top. But, I felt that maybe it would be better if the navigations section was moved slightly more to the left as well as the blog entries and maybe widen the entries section a little?

I really really like what you did with the image. It's wonderful. But, I think the image is still slightly unblended on the bottom. Also, perhaps your colour choice for the navigations and blog entries all that could maybe have been in another colour? The white looked a little mis matched. Firstly, the background has been chopped off as you can see in the middle of the skin. Also, the image is creative in a way but, I think the hearts are a little too much and the quality of the letters are slightly blurred. I like where you were going with the headers on the side of the blog things though and the neat layout. It's just that the whole thing looked a little unfinished.

Another awesome and stunning skin. I like what you did for the clicks that you placed . instead of the usual 'links' 'profile' kinda things. It's a really nice and neat layout and great choice of image! However, I felt that you didn't edit the image much except change the kinda, colour of it so, I had to take away some effort marks. A really great skin though!
