Introduction
This competition is about Celebrities. You can put your favourite songs/artists! Well, lyrics in the layout is also counted, but it's optional. It would be an honour if you would submit. Thank you very much.
Anime's are also welcomed!
Rules
01. Ripping is obviously not allowed.
02. Please credit every source/codes you use or else it won't be acceptable.
03. Maximum you can submit is only 1 skin.
04. Make sure it's downloadable.
05. Please make a preview for the layout if it has a preview error.
06. Paste the banner in your description of the skin.
07. Make sure you work on the theme.
08. The skin must have an image.
09. It must be best viewed in IE or MF.
10. Don't complain the banner is not nice and stuff.

Marking Criteria
Coding = /10 marks.
Whether your coding is messy or neat.
Effort = /10 marks.
We can see whether you're putting in effort. Depends on your feelings while making the skin. No sense at all eh?
Image (Blending, etc etc) = /5 marks.
If you've blend it well, you can get this full marks. If you don't know how to blend, then don't.
Colours Chosen = /5 marks.
Depends on which colour you choose. Whether it matches the whole thing.
Overall Layout = /50 marks.
Whether it looks nice or ugly. Soft or rough?
Fonts = /5 marks.
Whether the fonts are small, big or suitable.
Concept =/5 marks.
Nothing to describe here...
Total: /100 marks.
Datelines
Start: 21 April 2009 (Tuesday).
Judging: 20 May 2009 (Wednesday).
End: 22 May 2009 (Friday).
I will extend the dateline if you guys think the dateline is too short.
