There are currently more than 1217 cases of H1N1 in Singapore!!! :O

SINGAPORE FIRST DEATH!
A 49-year-old man with multiple co-morbidities (diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol) who was admitted to Changi General Hospital(CGH) on 16 July 2009 after 4 days of flu-like symptoms and was diagnosed with Influenza A (H1N1-2009), has passed away this afternoon. He died of a heart attack, contributed by severe pneumonia with underlying Influenza A (H1N1-2009) infection.

Then again, 600 Singaporeans a year die of seasonal flu. The victims so far all had comorbidities in addition to H1N1; theoretically, any virus could have had the same effect. Singapore's death rate is already surprisingly low given our number of cases and our high population density.

Hmms, most schools have already got 1 or more H1N1 victims. Govt still not doing anything except quarantining those sick students.(only.)

Lol. But H1N1 is generally mild, although so far, 2 people with no complications or high-risk factors are critically ill...
