.. so high now. there're new skins like every 10min. don't you think the standard of 'design' had generaly decline? should people stop submitting similar skins 10 times simply changing the picture of the skin.

Yeah, but do you know how impossible that would be to monitor? There's 5,594 skins already and like you said they shoot up every minute. It's just way too hard to do that. And if ppl's skins had to like pass some "test" it wouldn't be fair. because new designers need chances too.

ya it would be very diffcult to monitor. but at this rate most skins are given less exposure than they desire. i.e- most pple click on the 'latest submit' but skins are pushed outta the tabla really quick.

Unless there were a way to make the system automatically limit the amount of submissions a person could make in a certain span of time, behindblueis92 is right, it'd be really difficult to monitor.

i agree. there are TONS of so called designers who make one skin, like it, & decide to make another one w/ the exact same html, just different css & a different picture. i find it VERY annoying. but i don't think there should be a time limit as to how many skins can be submitted at a time, because i myself sometime submit 2 or 3 skins when i'm hyper, haha

people used to spend DAYS on a single skin. now that they spend less than 10 minutes on one, naturally the standard declines. i think people need to put in MORE effort to make a skin. it gets a bit disappointing when you see a skin that has so much potential, but it gets stuck there because the submitter wants to get it in quick.
yes, new designers need opportunities, but aren't they "exploiting" this privilege by repeating their designs?
oh well. that's just how i feel.
