there is the disney international program that i could apply for and sounds REALLY good but there is only a 6 month and 1 year program, and for what you're paying - airfares etc, it's not worth going for only 6 months.
i'm 18, 19 next year and live with my parents and my dogs are 8 and 10 years old. the only thing holding me back from even applying is my dogs, i'm worried what if one dies whilst i'm over there i haven't seen them for so long and i didn't get to say bye, etc (my dogs are my world, literally) so i don't know what to do. i doubt they will die they are extremely well looked after but the older one is a bit of a fatty and is at the old age stage where he is getting a few warts so i'm just worried
is it dumb for me to be worrying over this? i won't be able to apply for the disney program any other year because you have to have graduated from a TAFE or university the year before you leave.

I wonder why you choose to ask this question here when nobody even bothers to reply you. Why don't you call the social workers? I'm sure they will be more than willing to help. Anyway, aren't they supposed to be there at the other end of the line, always? There, I helped, haven't I? x
