i'll need three more judges.
i'll need 4banners. first, second, third, best effort. [all 4 done by one person]
the results will be judge's choice TOTALLY.
judged upon neatness, whether the codes and image match well, how well your bring out the song in your skin.
if you win anything, you can put the banner in your profile page and the winning skin's page.
i guess i covered everything about the competition.

sorry jarvil, i dont wish to bring forward the dateline :]
anyway look at the brighter side, your skins will be viewed by more people who submit later than you, although that dpesnt affect your award/results. cause, it's judges choice.
anyway, maybe try not to submit your skins on weekends, it tends to get disabled. so yeah, i hope that the disabled thing wont spoil this competition.
