i'll need three more judges.
i'll need 4banners. first, second, third, best effort. [all 4 done by one person]
the results will be judge's choice TOTALLY.
judged upon neatness, whether the codes and image match well, how well your bring out the song in your skin.
if you win anything, you can put the banner in your profile page and the winning skin's page.
i guess i covered everything about the competition.
