Hello ! I'm eggiines & i've always wanted to organise a kawaii competition as i love cute stuffs ( just look at those blogskins that i've created xD)
As long as your skin is cute/sweet/lovely enough , you are able to participate in this competition !
I hope that there's many people out there participating! (Especially new blogskinners !)
& i hope that it would be a sucess as this is my first time doing this xD (excited xD)
Hahas ! Enough of introduction .
Requirement
-As long as YOU think it's ,
*cute ( little animals , cartoons , your own drawings , cute images from deviantart or some stuffs that are cute )
*sweet ( for those using enakei images , or anything that you find it's sweet & lovely)
*kawaii (for those creating using kawaii jap web images ) , you may join this competition !
-Try to edit the images using photoshop or other softwares or paint !
Pretty simple requirement yea ? Hahas !
Let's go on to rules .
Rules
-Credit straight to the sources you've used every !! E.g , credit the deviantart user not just deviantart ! URL included !!
-Please DO NOT use anything ideas from my personal blogskin ! Which means , do not use the same materials & stuffs as mine . However , you can get some inspirations from my skins IN blogskins but rmb to credit me .
-You may submit more than one skin . But do have some changes in the previous one .
-This competition is open for everyone ! Guys , dont feel shy xP
-Ripping is strictly forbidden ! Will be banned from participating this competition !
-Skin must be submitted to blogskins.com ONLY & must be downloadable .
-You must paste the banner given below in your description page or else the skin you've have submitted will not be approved !

-To avoid conflicts , try not to resubmit your skin !
-& to avoid conflicts again , i think i dun need a judge . I shall handle this myself in case you got indirect criticize by some skinners that you're not fit to be or smt xD

Let's go on to the last part .
How to participate in this competition?
-You may submit your skin from (i'm looking at the singapore time) 27th November 2007 .
-Copy & paste the banner into your description page before submitting .
-After that , post your skin URL & your email on this thread .
-If you did not post your skin URL , your skin will not be approved as well .
-Your last submission date will be on the last day of december which is on the 31st December 2007 , (11.59pm , Singapore time) .
- Time may be extended if the response is well .
-Results will be announced on the 1st - 5th Jan 2008 (If the time did not extend) .
-You may resubmit your skin if you've created one long ago . As long as the date there stated 27th November onwards .
Judging Criteria UPDATED !!!
-Visual Appeal : 30 marks
-Effort & Creativity : 25 marks
-Codings & Colors Used : 20 marks
-Design & Layout : 20 marks
-Rules (Meaning if you didnt follow one of the rules above , then there will be a deduct of marks) : 5 marks
Total - 100 marks .
Alrights , quite simple ? Hahas !

I don't want to come across as a nasty picky user, but your rules:
*sweet ( for those using cyworld images , or anything that you find it's sweet & lovely)
*kawaii (for those creating using kawaii jap web images ) , you may join this competition
I think to make it a fair competition the blogskinners should use their own images and Cyworld (as I've googled) isn't a stock image place, people there submit their own drawings. Deviantart stock is actually a great place for cute stock images, there are a lot of deviants who provide stocks close to your theme. Hope that helps.

As in like KE-AI that cute? Or what?

Cause I've seen the recent submissions, and they kinda look similiar..
But I don't really enjoy doing those type of skins.. I dunno..

It seems like submissions can be edited as when the participating skinner feels like it. It seems that you do not have a clear idea about the rules to be set for a competition. It also seems that any skinner can just be a judge.
To the host of the competition, please do take note. It is distasteful to have such things happening.
