hi.
after downloading some pretty awesome skins from blogskins.com, i have came to admire the creators of the great blogskins and i want to also do the same, though i dont know what programs to use.
can you recommend any program you use that is easy and efficient?

I use Adobe Photoshop.
You can get it for a free trial at http://adobe.com
You'll have to buy it after about a month though.
Jasc paint shop pro is more userfriendly.
