I believe most of you all will agree with me, the latest trend is summiting a skin with detonated code.
Seriously, I am sick and tried of commenting, those skins who just stick a image and throw in her code.
I am not jealous but just sick of it (:

they create a pathetic image, paste on hilary's codes with no editting
and then call it a skin.

just look at today latest skin, well, I am not going to comment, there is 3 detonated love coding
* and one thing; I hate most; summiting, a (RELINK ME) coding stuff

But I see some people taking things I post in other communities, and making it into a layout
It's really very irritating.
I find that i'm actually fighting for my own originality.

well it's quite difficult to make codes but if you totally change the skin to another look. It would look just as well. That's the reason why it is called basecode.

Honestly, I think her codes are very nice what!
But I do edit them!
You know what? I think more than half of my skin's are using detonatedlove's codes.

Anyhows, I don't really like seeing skins where people just slap on images and don't even bother to edit the codes. :/

yea, at least u make an effort, but there is one, I forget who is it, who use exactly the same form her, and took off the image off. The skinner even claim that there is a image on top.

lols the thing that made me angry is not that they use dlove's codings but the way they edit it makes it uglier -_- i felt when they credit dlove's code they are tarnishing her image ._. ar well thats my view though :/

i think it's like because she's currently the most famous person in blogskins.com, so everyone starts to use her codes. i am not saying it's wrong or anything. it's just, why does she deserve more attention just because she is FC? okay actually i am crapping. just making my point here.

Ya lar. i mean it's like because of that she get's attention. so everything is like dedicated to her work. ths more of her basecodes. also sweetmelancholy was not as popular as her.

oo... i find that detonatedlove♥ 's codes are nice and i used them too [in previous acc]
but... now i try not to as almost everyone uses and the creativity is like... gone?
and it is no longer interesting... the codes gets ''out of fashion'' as everyone use it till
some would get kind of sick of it...
but the codes are really nice and cool (:

Hilary definitely has wonderful codes but yeah, it's really kinda sickening to see many people paste a image in her codes and say they put in a lotttt of effort. =="

1) an fc naturally gets attention. even non-fcs get attention, what's the problem?
2) i think you're the one seeking for attention from reading ur comment.
3) i get a lot of attention, true, but there's also people out there who hate me. it's natural.
4) attention isn't money. it isn't life. why so crazy over it? -.-

I used to try and promote originality in blogskins.
I was like posting
"Originality?" as a forum thread (or something like that).
But no one cared.
Lol.
I think everyone copies everyone.
Anyway, Hilary's codes are really nice, that's why soo many people copy hers!

LOL, seriously I find zero reason why if one person code is neat/nice; you then must use the code.
There is so much neat code there, but why her?
Reason;
everyone is doing the same thing,
Singaporeans, "scare lose spirit"
one do, the other must do it as well?

lol doesnt matter how long it will last. i hope it will end soon. =.= i definitely do not like the idea of people submitting skin when almost the whole skin doesnt belongs to them and then they just paste a image there and call it their skin and it will definitely be worse if even the image doesnt belongs to them :/

Popularity is teh thing, baby.
People nowadays go for popularity.
The more you get recognised for the effort, the more people steals your originality.
That's how things work now.
And I get really pissed off when people use my codes and don't inform me first, because I stated so clearly in my profile. Apparently, they don't understand English.

This situation like purpurblack's submissions lor. Previous months, she submitted this icon skin and like.. hmm, the whole world perhaps(sarcastic), made all on the same theme? For that whole particular month was SICK -.-
