Deciding to join LiveJournal since alot of people are using blogger.
So How do you put on a layout there?
And is there any websites that make them???

like livejournal skins?

use basic account.
then follow the instructions given to you on the site u download the codes.

go to www.livejournal.com (must be logged in first)
then beside your large username (on the top), there is something like
"Account" and a picture of an arrow and a star with it.
Click on it and you can choose to change to Paid, Basic or Plus account. (:

theres no more basic accounts, sadly.
theres only plus(free) but with ads, and a paid account.

just get basic..
you don't need so many avatar anyway .
most of the time their ads are just white, destroying the whole skin.
