private? Those that require passwords?

LOL, I think he did it on accident.
Just remember to delete the other two. 
And, to answer your question.
You can use JavaScript password protection to password-protect your blog. But it is NOT foolproof against intruders, it can be easily bypassed by turning off JavaScript especially in Mozilla Firefox.
For a more foolproof protection, you can make use of the Permissions feature under the Settings of your Blogger account.
Under Permissions, you'll see Blog Readers, choose Only people I choose. Then you'll see a field where you can type the email addresses of only the people you allow to read your blog, separated by commas. Press INVITE when you're finished with the email addresses. Emails will be sent to the people you've invited, and only when they accept will they have access to the blog.
So whenever anyone visits your blog, he will see a security gantry where people who want to read have to type in their email address and password. If the email address is not the one you've invited, he will be barred from accessing the blog.
So if I'm not wrong only people with Gmail can be invited. Am I right? O.o
