AND I LOVE ALL THE FOOD.

Just jump off the building (about 2-3 level will do)
Then you in coma for let say (18 months?)
you will lose weight by then
But if you are unluckily then, you might die.

anyway, this is what i heard...
After you awake from your lets say 8 h sleep, you would have completely digested yesterday's food and would be hungry.
So you have a heavy breadfast (but please, healthy)
Afterwards when its time for lunch, you have a so-so lunch,
and the same for dinner.
I think its better 
And one more tip:
If you don't want to increase your appetite,
when you have your lunch and dinner, do not be exactly full.
Have a meal that will fill your tummy, and be just a litttttle hungry so your appetite stays.
Im not a nutritionist but hope it works!

Eat healthily and spare 1hour and 15 minutes to jump rope at home.A doctor came to our school before the holidays and amazingly,they say you can burn that extra 180 calories by swing your hands for 1 and a half hour!!!Try it while listening to music or working!

i nid gain weight -.-
Maybe by having a balance diet? or by exercising indoors,like skipping rope??
