RulePlay had a thread on losing weight, and thus I was inevitably inspired to start my own thread on how the hell am I to grow taller?
Give me tips to shoot like 5cm every year, please. I'm already in Secondary 3 and I don't think I have many years left to grow vertically. Please, help.

lol vertically  . Sleep early drink plenty of calcium :]. I'm tall for my age and gender .
Oh I forgot  here in the Philippines i'm not sure if they say it in other countries lmao they said that you should jump :]] on New Year :]] so you would grow taller haha.

i played netball since I was in primary 4 until the middle of last year, at random times at home I jump like a maniac, and for certain periods I drink 1 or more mugs of milk every night before I sleep. The only thing is that I haven't been sleeping enough since 2 years ago, lol. ._.
I'm about 168cm and am almost 8cm taller than both my parents, so I think my cells' reluctance to multiply and charge (lol?) upwards is (no) thanks to my short genes.
I hope to be at least 172cm plesh help me!1!!!!!!11!1 T_T

does eating food that contain protein help?
like eggs, milk etc.
im only 163 and im 14!
i started growing quite fast from primary 6 but since last year i've only grown one cm.

lmao. I can be america's next top model lol. not actually 170 but almost LOL. my dad is super tall x_x like 6 ft ++ x_x so yeah, but I have classmates taller than me -o-.

It's in your genes, cannot really do anything.
You could do more exercise,
but if both of your parents are short then you won't dramatically be taller.
Maybe a little taller, but really, yea. ;D
