I have looked through some skins which were submitted earlier today and I realised this trend. Many skinners, when commenting, they write, "pretty", "neat", "nice", "simple". Some are too busy that they just use symbols for expression.
"I don't like simple skins so I give you a low rating" This is not even a comment, isn't it? Some skinners take on simplicity/clean-cut as their signature styles.
In my opinion, commenting is in fact one very important mean of interaction between skinners in this community. We all seek to improve [okay maybe some of us, some others just want their so-called popularity and 5 star streaks and SOTDs]. But with such "short and sweet" comments, how are we supposed to know in which aspects we are to improve?

I think we have discussed about this long time ago
But for me, I am like crazy, I type a lot.
From color, to picture to coding, to layout, I will comment on it. If its prefect or close to it, I wont talk that much
haha

i agree.
what is the point of comments. it is sdo that we can improve on our upcoming skins.
we want constructive comments, not some dumb assholey comments like nice and rate us down.

I am the culprit who always says "Pretty  " (and other short answers)
But I only give short comments like this when I truly think the skin is good.

when im feeling extremely bored i type suppppeerrr long comments lols

Lol, consp!reaffa!r would be best commenter I've seen. Really very constructive comments, he gives.
& Yeah, like lix2004, if I feel angry then it's short and sweet because my brain would have fused temporarily. Lol.

of course some skinners have the time to give very long constructive comments IF ONLY the blogskin needs to be improved on.
But sometimes some just put "neat" and "nice" but thats ok isn't?
People think different ways and of course there's alot of people that doesn't think the same way you do or will give comments that you wanted.

some people just don't understand
u know there is thhis skin,
there was something about love or something.
then there was this guy topless hugging a woman in her "underwear" but not revealing at all.
then ** went and rate her 0.5.
i was like quite angry so i said she was quite guo fen.
then -- come and flame me say i go around find trouble.

some people are like that like there was one person
who thought one skin looked like dlove's skin and rated 1.5 stars
I mean the person already said she was inspired by dlove..

you know what i think is stupid ._. saying that they shouldn't say "nice and rate 4.5" I find it pretty annoying. People may have different tastes you know maybe it's nice for them in a 4.5 star level way -o-.

some people just don't know what to comment on it, they just want to rate it cos they want to increase your ratings which increases your chances of getting SOTD.

Lols. I also give short comments with an emoticon usually..
Um but that's only when the skin is good.
If it's not, then i probably'll give some constructive comments
