What do you think?
This aims to instil and define the quality of the layouts in Blogskins, and also acknowledge skinners of their contributions.
Also, it is a great way to search for skins! Haha.
If you do agree to this proposal, please do give me suggestions for the criteria, I need, perhaps, 20?
The award giving will start during the holidays (mid-year).
Thank you inkSPLASH!

Yuppp I'll start the voting if the idea is confirmed.

lols. maybe have a thread for nominations, then use some online program like uhh surverymonkey(?) with the various nominees as options? then voting will be easy

it's a real great idea,
though annual wars are better.

|

annual awards to those who win the annual wars?

DancingSheep:
But nominees may vote for themselves. LOL.

I thought there was an award quite recent already? Like a few months back then... And I don't think this is a good idea, it doesn't really help since the awards will probably goes to the popular blogskinners and their skins are already quite "well-known".

Do you have this mindset that popular skinners should not always be acknowledged of their contributions?
Did you ever spare a thought of their efforts and the fact that they were also of the same rank when they first joined Blogskins?

and let the votings results be unseen will be better if you are using a programme or something. :]

Does anyone have a recommendation of a good poll provider which allows only ONE IP address to vote each?
Or anyone "fluent" in script programming, PHP or whatever? :]
|
| |

but then IP is interchangeable so unless you going to conduct a vote by paper thingy which is kind of wrong... way off the track.

and popular skinners have already been acknowledged of their contributions umpteen times... and normal skinners do not...
and yes its true the popular people when they first joined they were normal.
pardon me for my bad language, i doubt you can understand what im even trying to say since i don't understand it myself.
