I just realized some skinners would just take someones basecodes and smash it together with someone else's image
and claim it as their own
I just wanted to know how you would handle it if It were your image and
how would you comment on it ?

forget it.
at most you can blogskins mail him/her to say that it's wrong, and you dont want it to happen because the image is yours.
if it continues, theres nothing you can do about it. it's a world wide web.

Ouuhh! I experienced that before. But she didn't make it a skin. She went to crop the skin, remaining a part that I designed, and replaced the blank part with her own pictures. And she deliberately went to delete my credit on the picture and also on the content. Then she made it a skin for her own blog. She didn't say it was her skin.
I tagged her and asked her to take it off, and she kept deleting my tag. And a few days later the blog was locked. Fuck
And you know what, she's the cameraman in my ex-church. Shouldn't cameramen also know how it feels to have your own pictures edited by other people and not credited? =_= That's why I left that church, lots of people offended me there.

Digression above. There's nothing you can do though. They will get bored once they have no comments received

I experienced it before too.
I made this skin about my idol in my old account,
then there's this guy who crop his pictures and smack it on my idol's face!
Such an insult!
Imagine how pissed I was back then -_-;

i would flame if i'm absolutely sure the pic is ripped.

Flaming wastes your time and effort, you might as well leave the person alone.
Basically the reason they do so is cause they want attention or they think its fun having many people flaming them. Psychos.
No point flaming, you're only pleasing them further.
That's the kick out of doing smth wrong what, right? Zz.
