HI! i need help. using a map to post the image and using the rect coords to navigate through entries, profile, tag and links. eg. 113,248,395,230 how do i adjust these 4 coords to the location i want.

i have been trying to fig out but i cant seem to get it. SOMEONE PLS HELP ME! (:
