are the 5.00 stars is better than 4.00 stars???
how about the rating??? how can i raise up my rate???

Stars = rating. Higher rating = more 5 stars. 5 stars give 1 more 'point' than 4 stars. So in a way, it is better. It's Math related.
If 10 people gave you 5 stars, your overall rating is 5 stars. If 8 people give you 5 stars, 1 give you 4, and 1 give you 3.5, your overall rating is 4.75: [(5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 4 + 3.5)/10] = 4.75.

I believe the rating's for your skins. Go to your own user profile. The average rating of all your skins is given at the end of the list of skins you submitted. Rayuzaki, at the moment, the average rating of your skins is 3.75.
