Zzzz I wrote a new tutorial (because one of my friends asked me to), it's a bit more advanced than the div layer tutorial that I wrote ages ago, but it explains how to make skins like http://blogskins.com/info/59354 and http://blogskins.com/info/97770
which involve the usage of tabling so that the content is expandable alongside with the borders.
