you know how some blogskins have formatting so that underlined/ stuff in bold are not the typical kind? like maybe some stuff is added on, such as double underline instead of one, etc. anyone knows how to do this? i tried google but most links are useless as they only tell you how to add underline but not edit the format for it. thanks

Eg :
b{color: #CCC;}
u{color:#CCC; border-bottom: 2px dotted #000;}
Insert these to the style section and you're done (:
* Remember to edit the colors and the values O.o
