Wanted to ask where to find any website that can upload more than 4mb?
is there any website other than ripway.com?

From what I've read at ripway's site, they give you 30MB.
I don't know of any other sites that will give you free webspace and allow the uploading of music and video files.
Cybertarp gives 10MB of space for images, and they allow hotlinking. They allow .gif, .jpg, and .png file formats. I've been using them for the images on my skins, and I have no complaints.
