i have no idea how to do bot so maybe u can teach? and i want to make navigational skins mainly. =D

you shld start with non-navi skins first, get used to the div stuff etc, you could get a template from online, or blogskins, or blogger, and edit it and play around with it, notice the changes in the skin when you change or add something in the html codings, here's a useful website : www.2createawebsite.com hope you found this useful!
