I browsed the skins forever and ever and added many favorites, but when I went under MY FAVORITES there was nothing

has anyone figured out how to add favorite skins? because i'm completely at a loss.
i went to the help page, and it says you can add a skin as a favorite from any of the skins' info pages. really? because i wish someone would tell me how...
