Ok, I can't say I'm new to CSS, though I'm still more comfortable in PHP and HTML. I've just finished my first skin... which actually isn't very good. But my question is - what application do you guys use to make skins? I've just finished mine using a notepad sort of thing (the only real difference is tabs, line numbers (yay!) and colors for certain languages.
Please let me know!

Hehe... I use Notepad. 
There are a lot of programs that you can look into. When it comes to feature-rich programs, most people seem to say that they use either Dreamweaver or FrontPage. Another program comparable to Dreamweaver is GoLive, which is made by the same people who make PhotoShop.
