I am using photoshop cs2. and i realise that i don't really know how to really go and use up what photoshop can do to images.
can someone like tell me how do one go and make really pretty images and vectors and whatever nots
cos the only thing i know how to do
is take an image
put a few brushes
type some words
and taadaa
when people can combine images so beautifully and make it into some great art/work/masterpiece(:

I also suck at PS. (: and im using PS 7.0, btw.
BUT I HAVE A TUTORIAL CD. for PS CS2 only, tho. boohoos* X)
i got it from Challengers. yuu can try get one, too. budd if yuu ar really lost den i suggest yuu go search for free tutorials online. it works.

in your free time, get yourself a nice picture.(can be anything)
play around with the filters in photoshop.
the effects, the brightness/contrast and stuff.
you'd be surprised by what you get. =D
either that or, like NewFlow said. Search for online tutorials. they help loads. =D

go to layers and do the blending options and stuffs.
PS cs2 is the easiest to play with.

Yep, online tutorials do help a lot.

enter quick mask mode to blend pictures using gradient in black and white..select the part u wan and it'll be in red..then switch back to normal ..then u press delete..tada! u get a nicely blended pic..too bad if ur sch dun teach u photoshop..it's nice..
