how do i take my own picture and put it on my blog.... is not posting... i wan to put in the template

do you mean by changing your blogskin's image to the photo that you wanted?
if that's what you mean ,
you can use a image host like imageshack or photobucket to get the image source of the photo that you wanted to insert into your blogskin . and put the coding of the photo that you upload in any one of the image host , copy the coding and paste it as the image source of the main blogskin coding area, will do.
need any further explaination? =)
