i'm currently a livejournal user, getting bored with all the lj clones. I'd like to start a REAL BLOG, but there's so many sites...i'm not sure which i'd like the best. I hate xanga, so don't even try that one. what do you all use, and why do you like it? thank you!

I would suggest pitas.com or blogger.com (obviously). There are also a bunch of other, not so popular hosts that are listed here:

I haven't tried most of these out so I can't recommend them as strongly as I would like.
