All html has the same tag, so unless you're using some fancy, smanshy version of some program or other, you're bound to find the same stuff in some places. STOP FREAKING OUT!
All css stylesheets are basically the same, mind you some people have different ways to start a style sheet, but it's all really the same. I think we can all agree that there are some skins out there that look like the have the same coding. I really believe all this to be true, or maybe I just dont know enough html.

you just don't know enough html. i've never seem 2 style sheets exactley the same.
and you jacked my CRAPPY style sheet, so that's how i knew it was mine. see, i really know little about html, i kinda invent my own-or figure it out, and silly YOU-used my f'd up style sheet that NO ONE else in this world could come up with (because it is so mixed up!)!! haha. my "HTML" as i call it, is not even html!! it's some weird random mixture of CSS text and some boxes that work like html but are part css, but in a good way....
also, since mine are hand coded, they have no regular style sheet things in them, and therefore look different from others...

I also hand code mine...and I've never seen style sheets look so very similar...unless people copy....

I also do everything by hand, or as I like to call it "from scratch" and I agree!.. I can recognize my codes. And to the person saying that "html tags are all the same anyway and that us designers shouldn't freak out about it".. Well, yes, but so is the alphabet, everyone uses the same letters, yet we all have different hand writing! I caught some girl stealing some of my codes. She changed a few things and called it hers, and she even had the nerve to say on her site "please people, dont steal my codes because I spent a lot of time and energy on each and every one of them" can you believe that? lol. I just feel sorry for her, really.

hmms. but is it still consider stealing if we amend any style sheet? because i have this so called "fixed" template which i start edit from for all my layouts.
