  But when i used as followed, a header on a blank webpage appeared.. I want change the headers by just pressing on the menu, but the blog is still there.. Anyone can help..?

  ummm where do you want to put the drop down? and which part of the site do you want changed when you click on the drop down?

  you could put your site in frames. the header would constitute the top frame and the blog, the bottom one. so when you change the top frame via a drop down button, the blog will be unaffected.

or

you could include your blog as an iframe (or ssi if your server allows it) in every page of your site so even if you change pages, the blog would still be there.

  maybe you should try iframes. it seems less complicated. the .html can be substituted with the url of your blog.

  you can manually edit it. Observe the coding and search for the part where you see the tag.
