Can someone teach me how to add a menu bar onto my blog so that i can create pages to view various information i am posting??

I wish to have my blog more like a website with information than a blog of my daily stuff..

I dun need the previous posts thing and can remove that one..

My blog is sakyants.blogspot.com

  er maybe using an iframe within a div would help ?
