I made them myself. In photoshop.
Alternatively you can try stock photos at places like sxc.hu

Do you mean drawing on Photoshop?
Then you have to try experimenting the 'pen tool' and try to master it.

I use OpenCanvas to draw my images, that is, IF I ever make a layout using fanart.
Normally, I go to high quality image galleries or make my own screencaps.
