can anyone pls teach mee how to make a blogskiins.i really wanna make nice skin like tongtong they all.

I wish I got paid $1 everytime I try. I mean HTML course trainers earn so much more.
But anyway, back to your question. There is no hard and fast way to learn how to make blogskins. An obvious course to take is to read HTML guides online, like lissaexplains.com or w3schools.org
If you can't get through with these guides, I don't think you will be cut out for skinning.
Alternatively, using these guides, you can also download your favourite skins and then peek at their codes (I don't mean stealing them, just looking, strictly speaking) I learnt how to skin by comparing codes to the ones in the guide, and learning how to apply them with a skin.
I have a tutorial to make simple div blogskins, but you need a teensy bit of HTML to use it. http://sixseven.org/index.php?action=howtobm
It has (so people tell me) helped a few so far, but not all people get it. I would still strongly advise doing the first 2 methods before trying my tutorial.
Good luck and have fun learning. I picked up proper skinning skills in 2 months (but I'm really slow) Once you pick up HTML, you will just advance faster and faster, and your skins will just get better and better
