well. im currently using window millenium edition.
and i cant download adobe photoshop because of it.
is there any other programs you guys can tell me.

do you have paint?
it's a free and simple program.
but if you want to make animated images, you can go to http://enchanted-wishes.com for animation shop[under the downloads section]. easy to use. =)

i tried using paintt.
but it doesnt have pretty much functions and stuff.

GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) is a free software with functions that are similar to Photoshop's.
