since blogger changed there style now, and i know the only way to use the templates here is to click on the "return to classic " button, but i was wandering if there is a way to still use the new blogger and add templates from here?
i tried to add the txt file from one of the templates to the new blogger in the (back up and restore) button ,but it didn't work 
so if any one can tell me if what i'm asking can be done, i would be really happy

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean. Do you mean you want to use the new blogger AND the classic template?

yes ^_^ i think you can put it that way
the designs of old templates that are here in the site, without reverting to classic on blogger, i wish to still move the boxes around in the side bar and edit them with out looking through the long code ^^~

Nope, not possible, unfortunately. You can only choose one or another.
