I am trying to post this cool template , but I keep getting this error
Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: Open quote is expected for attribute "{1}" associated with an element type "language".
It erases all my comments and page elements also. I can't figure out the code to fix it, because I am really new at this. Can anyone help. Here is the code.

scroll down to under the html text box and click revert to classic template.
then re-enter the html code.

What you'll need to do is revert to classical template to be able to use most of the skins on this site.
